Information and System Configuration

Console information, including software version numbers, is provided on this screen in the About box (1).

Regional Settings, Terminal Settings, Advanced Functions, and Auxiliary Assign can be accessed from the System Configuration Main Screen.

Regional Settings

The Regional Setting Main Screen allows changes to language, date and time, units of measurement and decimal display.

The Regional Settings Main Screen can also be selected using the scroll wheel. Rotate the scroll wheel until the Region Settings function box (2) is highlighted, then press in and release the scroll wheel.

Language

You can also highlight and select the Language function box (2) using the scroll wheel.

Press in and release the scroll wheel to access the drop down menu of available languages.

Use the scroll wheel to move through the languages. A box will appear around the selected language.

To select the language, press in and release the scroll wheel.

To accept the changes and move back to the Regional Settings Main Screen press the key next to the checkmark icon (2).

NOTE: Pressing the key next to the X icon will take you back to the Regional Settings Main Screen without saving any changes.

Time and Date

You can also highlight and select the Time and Date function box (2) using the scroll wheel.

The following list shows the possible selections for date 7 and time format:

Set Date Type

To change the date type, use the scroll wheel to highlight the Set Date Type box (1). Press in and release the scroll wheel.

Rotate the scroll wheel to display the desired format of date type. Press in and release the scroll wheel to select the date type.

Current Date and Time

To change the date, use the scroll wheel to highlight the first box under Current Date and Time heading (2). Press in and release the scroll wheel.

Use the scroll wheel to scroll to the desired number. Press in and release the scroll wheel to make the selection.

Repeat the procedure to select the desired numbers for the other two boxes.

Set Time Type

To change the time type, use the scroll wheel to highlight the Set Time Type box (3).

Rotate the scroll wheel to display the desired format of time type. Press in and release the scroll wheel to select the time type.

Set Time

To change the time, use the scroll wheel to highlight the first box under the Set Time heading (4). Press in and release the scroll wheel.

Use the scroll wheel to scroll to the desired number. Press in and release the scroll wheel to make the selection.

Repeat the procedure to select the desired numbers for the other two boxes.

To accept the changes made to the date and time and then return to the previous screen, press the key next to the checkmark (5).

Another way to accept the changes is to use the scroll wheel. Highlight the checkmark (6) in the corner of the white screen. Then press in and release the scroll wheel.

To cancel changes and return to the previous screen, at any time, press the key next to the X icon (7).

Units of Measurement

You can also select the Units function box (2) using the scroll wheel.

  • IMP. (Imperial)
  • METRIC
  • U.S.

The measurement settings can also be set individually by highlighting the box next to the units listed and selecting an option from the drop-down menu.

When the changes have been made, press the key next to the checkmark icon (3) to accept the changes and return to the previous screen.

Another way to accept the changes is to use the scroll wheel to highlight the checkmark (4) in the right-hand corner of the white screen. Then press in and release the scroll wheel.

Decimal Display

Scroll through the options in the drop-down menu.

When the desired option is highlighted, press in and release the scroll wheel.

You can also move through the decimal display box options by pressing the keys next to the arrows (2) on the right-hand side of the screen.

When the changes have been made select the key next to the checkmark icon (3) to accept the changes and return to the previous screen.

TERMINAL SETTINGS

Console sound and brightness levels can be changed from the Terminal Settings Screen.

The Terminal Settings Main Screen can also be selected using the scroll wheel. Rotate the scroll wheel until the Terminal Settings function box (2) is highlighted, then press in and release the scroll wheel.

Sound

You can also highlight and select the Set Sound function box (2) using the scroll wheel.

You can also adjust the sound level using the keys next to the plus icon (1) and minus icon (2).

The sound level is displayed in two formats on the screen.

  • Percentage (3)
  • Bar graph (4)

Once the desired level in reached, press in and release the scroll wheel.

Use the scroll wheel to highlight the box next to Enable hardkey sound (5).

  • Each time a key is pressed a sound will occur if there is a checkmark in the box
  • No sound will occur if there is no checkmark in the box.

To accept the changes to the sound level and return to the previous screen, press the key next to the checkmark (6).

Another way to accept the changes is to use the scroll wheel to highlight the checkmark (7) in the right-hand corner of the white screen. Then press in and release the scroll wheel.

Brightness

You can also highlight and select the Set Brightness function box (2) using the scroll wheel.

You can also adjust the brightness level using the keys next to the plus icon (1) and minus icon (2).

The sound level is displayed in two formats on the screen.

Once the desired level in reached, press in and release the scroll wheel.

To accept the changes to the brightness level and return to the previous screen, press the key next to the checkmark icon (5) on the right-hand side of the screen.

Configuring multiple terminals

This option is only available for software version 1.8 and up

The terminal can be connected to a system with multiple terminals. From the ISOBUS Terminal Setup screen, the terminal can be configured as the primary terminal or used as a secondary monitor.

ISOBUS refers to any electronic equipment that complies with the International Organization for Standards (ISO) 11783 standard. The standard covers the protocol for electronic communication between implements, tractors, and computers.

1. Select the icons in the following order.
